Age Requirement
ClairInk is a licensed cosmetic tattoo studio and does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to be inside the studio unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian of age.
Appointment Day
Please do not drink any caffeine or alcohol 24 hours before your appointment (this includes lip blush, powder brows, combo brows.) If someone is accompanying you to your appointment they will need to wait in the lobby or will need to come back after the appointment.
Touch Ups
Touch-up prices may vary. The 8-12 week touch-up pricing is included in the total price for cosmetic tattooing services. It will sometimes require multiple touch-up sessions to build your permanent makeup to your desired outcome. If you schedule your touch up after the 12 week mark then you may be subject to pay an additional fee because you may need more than a touch-up.
Late Appointments
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you run the risk of having to reschedule your appointment due to appointments after you. If your appointment has to be rescheduled due to late arrival, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100, therefore forfeiting your deposit. If you miss an appointment without contacting me prior, you will forfeit your deposit. I will not reschedule your appointment until another $100 deposit is made.
Making Appointments
A $100 non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will go towards your service. If you are a no show, you forfeit your deposit. Please read over pre & post care before you make your appointment. I will send you a reminder 48 hours before your appointment reminding you how to prepare for your appointment.
Contraindications
I under no circumstances will perform cosmetic tattooing on you if you have any or are experiencing any of the following:
pregnancy, nursing, diabetes, on Accutane currently or in the last 12 months, active acne on the area I will be working on, blood disorders, herpes simplex, glaucoma, taking blood thinners or any similar medication, heart conditions, hypertrophic scarring or keloids, susceptibility to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Some of these will be acceptable with a doctor's note but most will not.
Healed Results
Healed results will vary with each individual client. 80% of desired results depends on the clients after care and how well they follow their technicians after care instructions. The healed results will be assessed at the touch-up appointment to determine if there needs to be any pigment added or color correction.
